Madison County Wood Products is expanding! Earlier this month, we signed an agreement to acquire Kenmar Timber Company in Clifton Hill, Missouri. The transaction was made official on April 30th.
This strategic growth initiative gives our company a more reliable way to service our customers. By adding the Clifton Hill location, we can better supply customers in Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, and Northern Missouri. This move will significantly expand the reach of our top-rated pallet and wood products which our customers are accustomed to receiving.
About Kenmar Timber Company
Kenmar Timber Company, founded in 1988, is a sawmill and pallet manufacturing business that has been supplying quality pallets to industrial users. Located in the heart of Northern Missouri in Clifton Hills, the company possesses 20,000 square feet of production, maintenance, and office space in addition to its all-weather log and lumber storage yards. Kenmar is an ISPM-15 Certified facility and offers heat-treated pallets, crates, wood packaging, and dunnage. Kenmar currently employs 20 team members, and we are delighted to welcome each of them into the Team MCWP family.
